Install Siri On iPhone 4/3GS, iPod Touch, iPad on iOS 5.1.1 With SiriPort v5.1.1-3 (Guide)
No doubt that the recent and quick release of the Absinthe 2.0 untethered jailbreak tool for iOS devices working on iOS 5.1.1 firmware has solved, probably, all problems iUsers have been facing with their devices since Apple’s iOS 5.1.1 release. Just the fact that you don’t have to worry anymore about whether a jailbreak will be available soon or not is a heartfelt relief for those who’ve been through these hard times of waiting for a tethered jailbreak in general and an untethered jailbreak in specific.
However, one problem remains at hand which is that exact same problem we’ve been dealing with since Apple released its iPhone 4S! You must’ve guessed the feature that happens to be an issue in the mind of every iOS user and most specifically, every non iPhone 4S user. Since Apple has presented a speaking assistant, Siri, in favor of iPhone 4S users among all other iOS devices’ users, jailbreak developers, hackers and even programmers have been working really hard in order to succeed in getting Siri, the speaking assistant, working on all other iOS devices.
Of course we’ve all heard of Spire Cydia Tweak, which has become one of the most well known methods for getting a functioning Siri on your non iPhone 4S device by using a proxy server. Nevertheless, with the new iOS 5.1.1 update, unfortunately, Spire is no longer an option for iUsers who need to use Siri on their iDevices since it doesn’t support Apple’s latest iOS 5.1.1 update.
Yet, no need to worry because SiriPort 5.1.1-3 has been updated to suit iOS 5.1.1 firmware users and if you wonder how SiriPort differs from Spire the answer is three words:”Without Proxy server”. So if you’ve been wondering about to get Siri working on your recently updated iOS 5.1.1 firmware for iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, you can now get Siri working in an instant with SiriPort without having to worry about providing a proxy server and here’s how to install SiriPort on your iOS device:
Important Note:
